Use dmabuf instead of eglCreateWaylandBufferFromImageWL

Hi,

Based on this MR to mesa,
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/29266
It looks like there were plans to use dmabuf instead of eglCreateWaylandBufferFromImageWL by default from
2.46 or latest by 2.48.

1. Since 2.46 is already out and I still see eglCreateWaylandBufferFromImageWL being used, does that
   mean it will be removed by 2.48?

2. Does this mean cog will handle wayland buffer creation similar to WebKit; i.e. use dmabuf by default
   and fall back to egl implementation or will the egl implementation be completely removed?

Also, is there a branch where the dmabuf implementation is under review/in progress?

@suhrid-s We are not currently working on adding support for DMA-BUF in Cog; instead we have added inside WebKit and can be used with the new WPEPlatform API—which Cog does not use for now.
