Personal Trainer demo site: 'View My Cart' tab and icon missing from the main menu

Description:

For 'Personal Trainer' demo site we have the options to 'Add to cart', while 'My Cart' tab and icon missing from the menu

How to reproduce:

1. Open https://demosites.io/fitness-trainer
2. Click on My Services > Add any option to the cart
3. Try to find 'View My Cart' or similar in the menu

Expected behaviour:

Since we have the option to add services to cart, it is expected to be able to view the cart and proceed to checkout.

Current behaviour:

'View My Cart' tab and icon missing from the main menu

it's related to this issue Codeinwp/themeisle-companion#469. There isn't something that can be done from the starter site or Neve for now
